Stroller Strides/FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood.
Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.
We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

FIT4MOM classes give you a total body workout and can be modified for any level of exercise. Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre classes offer moms an opportunity to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with their little ones. Our Body Back classes focus on a full body workout and nutrition counseling for any stage of motherhood. Our Mom’s club holds weekly playgroup activities after classes and monthly Mom’s Night Out. All of our programs give women the "Strength for Motherhood" and together create FIT4MOM.
