Do you ever dream of making it across the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Do you need help staying motivated to run? Are you looking to get stronger, faster, and fitter? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then run with FIT4MOM! Designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running, such as running gear, form, injury prevention, pace, etc.

The FIT4MOM Running Club is a running group in Arlington and Alexandria, VA offering moms training programs lead by certified running coaches.

Our Spring 5K program is an 8 week training program, leading up to the The National Police Week 5K on May 12. This program is designed for beginners or experienced runners and is stroller-friendly. The Running Club will meet on Saturday mornings leading up to the race: March 17 - May 5, with the race taking place on May 12 downtown.
