Should I choose a monthly membership or a class pass?

Monthly memberships work best for moms who plan to attend class twice a week or more. If you can only attend once a week, such as Saturdays, then class passes make more sense. Check out our class passes HERE

FIT4MOM Arlington-Alexandria has three types of memberships:

  • Stroller Strides/Stroller Barre Membership includes unlimited Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre classes available 6 days a week. With your registration fee, you receive a personal fitness kit with all the equipment needed for class. Learn more HERE
  • Body Back Membership includes up to 3 Body Back and our Body Sculpt class available 6 days a week. Learn more HERE
  • FIT4MOM Membership includes unlimited classes offered by FIT4MOM Arlington-Alexandria (Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Body Back, Body Sculpt and FIT4BABY). Learn more HERE

There is a 3-month minimum for all monthly memberships. Class passes have expiration dates.
