Stroller Strides is a functional, total body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining your little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically, You'll leave classes feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.


Stroller Barre is everything you love about Stroller Strides, but with a twist. Stroller Barre is fusion of ballet, pilates and barre methods that uses movements that are small, concentrated and intentional. It is a great workout for all moms!


Body Back® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. HIIT workouts include short periods of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods.

Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class.


FIT4Moms is a Fitness Interval Training class delivering a total body workout that combines cardio strength and core conditioning. Taking all the elements of your favorite F4M classes and combining them into one class. Designed for moms of all fitness levels!

Body Sculpt will tone and tighten every part of your body. This class is a fusion of strength training, Barre, Pilates and a lot of core.


Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The 60-minute class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, stretching and stability. Enjoy some moments of peaceful meditation at the end of class, allowing you special time to connect with your baby. Fit4Baby is targeted for women at all stages of their pregnancy.


Kick off your summer with our Body Back nutrition mini session. This is a great add on to your Body Back classes. Let us get your nutrition on track for a healthy and fit summer.

This Nutrition Coaching program is to be purchased with an ADD ON service to the Body Back classes offered at Blessed Sacrament or Del Ray Baptist.
