Do you ever dream of making it across the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Do you need help staying motivated to run? Are you looking to get stronger, faster, and fitter? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then run with FIT4MOM!

Designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running, such as running gear, form, injury prevention, pace, etc.

We are offering a 5K and 10K Running Program. New Training Starts in 2017 for Spring Races. We will meet at the Theodore Roosevelt Island Parking lot on the Northbound Side of the GW Parkway after Memorial Bridge.

What's included?

  • Personalized 8 week 5K Training plan & schedule made just for you!
  • Weekly Group Run each Sunday morning at 7:30am.
  • Running Club Tank Top or T-shirt
  • Core & Stretch Sessions after each running session
