Body Back® Nutrition is an 8 week add-on to the regular classes. In the 8 week session, you will receive individualized nutrition coaching, group support from other participants, ideas for new recipes and lots of support from your instructor. This is individualized coaching in addition to your 2 or 3 days a week of Body Back classes.

The best part is, if you are already taking Body Back classes, you just add-on to your current pass.
