Body Back® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. HIIT workouts include short periods of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who are ready to take their fitness and vitality to the next level.

We help you unlock your personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with Body Back® Nutrition, moms have a surefire combination for success.

All participants must be at least 6 months postpartum before beginning any Body Back classes or programs.

Body Sculpt will tone and tighten every part of your body. This class is a fusion of strength training, Barre, Pilates and a lot of core. It is an excellent compliment to the Body Back and FITness4MOMs classes. Keeping you burning through a no jumping sculpting hour. Body Sculpt classes are included with your Body Back® membership or pass.

BEING PREPARED FOR CLASS

  • mat or towel for abdominal exercises
  • water
  • resistance band (we will provide at your first class)
  • water
  • towel for your sweat - you WILL sweat!
