Jennifer is the owner of the FIT4MOM Arlington/Alexandria franchise. She is a FIT4MOM Master Trainer, Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre and Body Back, and Running Coach instructor as well as an ACE certified personal trainer. She is mom of 4 and has been teaching FIT4MOM classes for over 13 years

Meagan has been a part of Fit4Mom Arlington/Alexandria since August 2009, first as a client and then as an instructor. Meagan loves Fit4Mom and is passionate about the transformations it provides to women, their bodies and their families. Meagan teaches Stroller Strides (certified 2010), Stroller Barre (certified 2013) and Body Back (certified 2014). Meagan's family includes Amelia (Mo) age 6.5, Anabel (Annie) age 4.5, and the little man Bruce (the Boss) nearly 2.

Brooke, mom to Sadie-6 and Adrian -4, has been a member of Stroller Strides for 6 years and an instructor for 3 year. She loves high energy workouts and the positive companionship and connections that come from exercising with moms and babies!

Kim Montgomery has been teaching with the Fit4Mom Arlington/Alexandria franchisee for almost 6 years. She is certified to instructor Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Body Back, and she is also a F4M Run coach. She loves the Fit4Mom vibe.....and knew right after she took her first class that she had to be part of this amazing group. Bringing fitness and friendships to new moms is very rewarding. She is mom to one high energy kid, Maddie age 6, and sweet baby Alexis 21 months.

Amanda has been attending Fit4Mom classes since her first baby was born in 2010. She took her first Body Back session after her son turned one, and loved it so much that after her third child, she decided to get certified to help other moms with this amazing program. She loves Fit4Mom and truly believes in the mission. She hopes to see you in a class soon!

Annie began taking Stroller Strides classes with her son Danny (now 20 months) when she moved to Arlington in November 2015. The amazing workouts and unbelivable tribe led Annie to become an instructor shortly after her daughter Abby (now 3 months) was born. Devoted to fitness since the time she began walking, Annie was thrilled to learn of an intense, fun fitness program that she could not only bring her kids to, but also exemplify a healthy lifestyle where they could have fun and meet great friends, too! Annie is also an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor who has been instructing since 2011 and specializes in cardio based classes with sculpting and core integration.

Jenni started working out with Fit4Mom when she was 8 weeks pregnant with her first, Reese, who is now 1. She comes to our team with a wealth of coaching experience - 8 years of gymnastics and 3 years of soccer. Her favorite part about teaching Stroller Strides is the connection she makes with other mothers and the support everyone gives each other.

Joie started taking Stroller Strides classes when her son, Jack, was three months old. She and Jack quickly became hooked! In November 2015, Joie became certified as an instructor. Joie loves this wonderful community of moms and babies, and the awesome workouts. Joie is an avid runner and yogi, and has been a certified yoga teacher at the 200hr level since May 2014.

Meghan has been part of the Arlington/Alexandria Fit4Mom family since spring 2013 shortly after her son Ewan was born. Meghan is passionate about fitness and the power of having a team for support. She was thrilled when she found both--in a format supportive to working and stay at home moms-- with Fit4Mom as a client and then as an instructor. She is grateful to have the opportunity to help women be fit for motherhood and life, expand their supportive community, and model healthy habits for their children. Meghan is teaches Fit4Mom's prenatal fitness class, Fit4Baby; high intensity interval training (HIIT) Body Back classes, and Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre alongside her co-pilot Ewan.
